Academic Officer

Qualification :

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Education or equivalent
3. Having experience minimum 2 year in academic roles/administration at educational institutions or training institutions
4. Excellent verbal/written communications in English and Bahasa
5. Have an excellent organization and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to multitask, adjust priorities, maintain confidentiality and function as a team player 
7. In-depth knowledge of software (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Outlook, PDF editor)
8. Attention to detail
9. Willing be placed in Tabanan, Bali

Job Description :

1. Mapping & compiling the schedule for teaching and learning process.
2. Manage the student life cycle from registration/admission until graduation/leaving.
3. Establishment and maintenance for diktat, log book and student handbook, student record, including the assessment of students.
4. Establishing communication with industry parties as school partnerships related to the placement of apprentice students.
5. Manage student internship placements.
6. Prepare and update all procedures (SOP and complete forms) of the Academic Department in accordance with existing process changes.
7. Preparing documents for accreditation and accreditation surveillance.
