PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
To cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, become a bridge between client and internal team.
TASKS
1. Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and acting as the main point of contact for all their inquiries and concerns.
2. Account & Project Management
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative & video production team, to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that address client needs.
3. Needs Assessment and Consultation
Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis of clients' requirements to provide appropriate solutions. Act as a trusted advisor by offering consultative guidance, providing recommendations, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
4. Customer Success and Retention
Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively address any issues or concerns, and ensure a high level of customer success. Develop strategies to foster long-term client relationships and drive customer retention.
5. Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate projects. Effectively communicate client needs, feedback, and expectations to cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
