OrderOnline.id is a Social Commerce Enabler that provides a web-based app (an online store) and a management platform for online businesses and SMEs, enabling them to effectively and efficiently operate their online businesses. #SemuaBisaJualanOnline, reflects our commitment to empowering and assisting all online businesses in Indonesia to operate their businesses with an end-to-end solution. 

Requirements: 

1. Min. Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 3 years experienced as Sales/Account Executive/Business Development in a leadership role.
3. Experienced in logistic is a plus.
4. Strong existing working relationship with client.
5. Multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate task.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
7. Strategic and collaborative person with strong business acumen.
8. A Driven and result-oriented

Job Description:

1. Develop and expand sales target by selling/serving company product to potential customers (Customer Acquisition).
2. Maintenance and development existing customers.
3. Analyzing patterns in customers and market behaviour.
4. Responsible for planning & executing sales target.
5. Responsible to maintance productivity Account Executive in all area.
6. Conduct join visit and coaching Account Executive in all area.
7. Maintenance & Develop team.
8. Coordinate & collaborate with others departments to meet sales target.
