Account Management Lead (Health Category)

- Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
- Doing Negotiation with the seller, performance, potential risk and price competitiveness
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree or above in any field
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in e-commerce or Beauty Brands
• Proven track record in managing related category
• Have a strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
• Good understanding of Health product policies and regulation in the industry
• Possess a strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Have an outstanding presentation and problem solving skill
• Performed well in team setting and adaptive to changes
• Skilled in operating Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint
• Proficiencies in English and local Indonesian languages are compulsory.
