- Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
- Doing Negotiation with the seller, performance, potential risk and price competitiveness
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree or above in any field
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in e-commerce or Beauty Brands
- Proven track record in managing related category
- Have a strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
- Good understanding of Health product policies and regulation in the industry
- Possess a strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have an outstanding presentation and problem solving skill
- Performed well in team setting and adaptive to changes
- Skilled in operating Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint
- Proficiencies in English and local Indonesian languages are compulsory.
