As our Accounts Payable Intern, you will be a part of the team that is responsible for the day to day operations related to Accounts Payable within GoTo Group and its subsidiaries. You will be reporting to the Account Payable Manager and collaborating closely with GoTo Group Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and Business User functions. Specifically in the Accounts Payable team, we will manage the full spectrum of invoice processing from the PO to the invoice posting including performing 3-way-matching.
What You Will Do
- Assist listing invoice received from the vendors and users
- Perform 3-way-matching of the invoicing document
- Posting verified invoice from vendor
- Assist query from stakeholder (user, tax, procurement, vendor, etc) regarding payment date, proof of payment, etc.
- Assist follow up users or vendors for the missing or revise documents.
What You Will Need
- Fresh graduate or minimum last year student. Preferably who has got experience interning on Accounts Payable
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable, Tax, and Accounting area is a plus point
- Ability to build and maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with a fluid and ever-changing work environment
- Taking initiatives and capable to deliver independently with minimal supervisions
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging tasks
- Fast learner, highly adaptable, high attention to detail, curious
- Highly preferable if having experience in Accounting System (SAP / Coupa / Workday)
About the Team
Our Finance Shared Service Team, a sub-pod of the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Escrow team, has more than 50 team members based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Working alongside the Accounting, Procurement, and Tax teams, we oversee the accounts payable, payment processing and cash flow management of all GoTo entities in Indonesia and Singapore. Currently, our team has been busy working on the alignment of policies and procedures with global standard, regulation and market practice, which will help GoTo to increase its competitiveness in the global market from a finance operations perspective. As a team, we’re concerned with the growth of the company, and each other’s personal growth and well-being, too. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
