Responsibilities:
- Company Financial Reporting
- Account Payable & Account Receivable
- Payroll, Pensions, and Commisions Calculation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Preparation for Audit, Assisting external accountant and auditor with queries
- General Administrative Support
- Intercompany Transaction Management
- Other Duties as Required
Personal Attributes and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience of company accountant
- Good understanding of Indonesian Taxation (Brevet A & B would be advantage)
- Expertise in Xero (and MYOB optional)
- Experienced in Design and Construction Industries would be prioritized
- High Communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proactive, Analytical, and strong attention to details
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and statutory requirements
- Advanced Excel and financial software knowledge
- Able to work independently and in a team, self motivated
