- Responsible for managing and delivering general affairs services within the company
- Responsible for pickup and delivery of goods and documents
- Assist in serving guests who come to visit company, such as pick up guest, hotel check in, car booking, etc
- Perform other jobs related duties as assigned by the Management
Qualification
- Minimal have 2 years experiences
- Minimal high school or equivalent
- Advance on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Pivot)
- Have a good communication skill
- Highly organized, agile, and able to work fast and consistently
- Have good attention to detail & resourceful
- Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere
