Job Responsibilities
- Handling Administrative and General Affairs duties in the office (setting up printer, internet/wi-fi, preparing office facilities, et cetera)
- Revising employment/working regulations and other organizational documents
- Updating the company website
- Arranging company giveaways (promotional giveaways with company logo to clients)
- Creating payroll and salary documents (calculation will be done by Assistant Director)
- Possibility of handling ISO registration in the future
Job Requirements
- Has a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as Admin/HRGA staff
- Experience and knowledge regarding employment/working regulations is a must
- Has experience creating/managing the company website
