Admin Web Merchandiser

We are searching for a motivated Web Merchandiser Admin who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and well detail-oriented person
Purpose of the position :To maintain product data in our system are well organized as we grow as an international company, ensuring it reflects the correctness and accuracy of our product options. Provide any administrative support for the daily operational function of the department. To be a successful applicant, you should be thorough, detail, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills, trustworthy, efficient, and organized. 

• Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data
• Work closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales
• Plan product ranges and prepare sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
• Use specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs
• Analyse every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles), ensuring that they reach their full potential

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree’s, preferable experience in system data maintenance, fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
• Previous experience working within a retail environment an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong numeracy skills and problem-solving with strong analytical skills
• An eye for detail and consistency also use initiative when prioritising workload
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and set priorities.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
