Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and gather competitor information.
2. Customer Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Organise meetings with clients to understand their needs.
3. Proposals and Presentations:
- Compile business proposals and present products or services.
- Explain the added value of products or services to potential clients.
4. Contract Negotiation:
- Manage contract negotiation processes with clients.
- Ensure contract terms reflect business needs and fairness.
5. Achieving Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve established sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase business revenue.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Record and report sales progress regularly.
-Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in Business Development.
- Excellent communication and effective presentation skills.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and customer relationship management.
