Uraian Tugas

Job Summary:

To support the process of Allocation to Stores by creating the STO, DO, and PO and analyze the needs of Replenishment and doing the daily merchandise replenishment, and all Operational needs in terms of Delivery Documents and GR from DC to Stores. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Remind the merchandiser to send out new goods that will arrive within 2 weeks, follow up regarding the arrival of the new good to the Distribution Centre (DC).
  2. Check the allocation informed by Shipping on weekly basis in order to order the Initial Allocation Plan to Brands Team.
  3. Proceed the IAP informed by Brand Team and checking the balance between the allocated merchandises with quantity in the PO in order ensure the STO/DO documents can be prepared 4-5 days before GR at DC.
  4. Doing the allocation check to stores and follow up the STO/Do status at warehouse to ensure the shipment process are within timely manners.
  5. Doing the additional allocation process and aligned with brand’s team request merchandise fulfillment by following the rule of Standard Pattern Size to ensure the merchandise fulfillment.
  6. Allocate any over-quantity allocation or Musical Box by reviewing other stores that has good sales performances and low inventory status, in order to relocate and accommodate the merchandises.
