AR (Account Receivable)

Requirement

1. Minimum 1 years’ experience same position
2. Ability to communicate in English
3. Restaurant experience is a plus 
4. Can Joint immediately
5. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures such as AR,AP,Profit, and loss report,balance sheet
6. Hands of experience with accounting software
7. Advance Ms Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables
8. Placement in Bali

Job Description

1. Compile daily income reports using excel
2. Post on the Tally system, other fees, discounts and deposit fees
3. Posting various costs
4. Check and Recap Outstanding AR from Customers
5. Calculate and reconcile daily cash and receipt checks kept by the Cashier
6. Save daily receipts to bank account
7. Issue and monitor cashiers in each department.
8. Perform other job-related work and special projects as assigned
