PT Hyundai Engineering SSA (KT&G Project)

Responsibilities:

1. Field measure and document existing buildings
2. Assist clients with permitting and plan review
3. Coordinates building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent
4. Maintain, organize, and archive projects
5. Conducts and manages construction observation reporting and developing punch lists
6. Utilizes BIM (Revit) in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components
7. Presents the design to stakeholders during early project phases. 
8. Develops building design in accordance with cost parameters
9. Responsible for projects of medium complexity/size
10. Setting and meeting tight deliverable schedules to meet client’s deadlines
11. Reviews shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs, prepares site observation reports, and other contract administration tasks

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
2. Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
3. Have minimum 3 years working experience in the same field
4. Able to speak and write in Korean Language is a plus

Additional Information:

1. This is contract based for 2 years
2. Work location in Pasuruan, East Java
