Architectural Drafter

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidate forArchitectural Drafterlocated in Bali with the details:

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design, Drafting Technology, or related field

·         Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role

·         Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit

·         Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural drafting work

·         Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings

·         Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform accurate calculations

·         Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

·         Willing to be located in Bali

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare basic drawings and illustrations, sketches and diagrams, schematics and conceptual drawings, working drawings, and design proposals for clients in various architectural media

·         Convert architect’s concept into architectural drawings, using computer-assisted drafting and design software

·         Work with architects and other engineering professionals to achieve design goals

·         Verify dimensions, scale, space relationships, and material quantities

·         Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of product

·         Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

·         Work with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines

·         Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software programs and equipment or a conventional drafting station to create and modify architectural documents, designs, working drawings, forms, charts and records

·         Analyze current building codes, by-laws and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and stay up-to-date on all required and relevant codes

·         Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible
