JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To execute company strategy related to sales & product stock preparation and to achieve the volume and non-volume targets.
- Provide continuous coaching, both training and motivation to the Distributor (DB) team.
- Work closely with all support teams to achieve target on their region.
- To execute Ways of Working as determined by Head Office.
- To execute all programs from Head Office, i.e. SLP contract, branding, strata discounts.
- Take the initiative to submit a work program proposal to facilitate the achievement of Volume and Non-Volume targets.
- Control, monitor and evaluate the performance of DB on regular basis.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience as Area Sales Supervisor (from Food & Beverage industry is preferred).
- Have strong networking for GT market
- Have strong knowledge on General Trade (GT), Negotiation Skill, GT Business Process.
- Willing to be based in all Indonesian regions.
- Willing to work in high mobility.
- Having driver's license (SIM A & SIM C).
