Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the West Java region, focusing on the pulp and paper industry.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships to drive sales growth.

  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

  4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our pulp and paper machinery products, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.

  5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction and meets sales targets.

  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and customer support, to provide seamless service to clients and resolve any issues promptly.

  7. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial machinery sector, preferably in pulp and paper machinery.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Willingness to travel within the West Java region as needed.
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
