Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the West Java region, focusing on the pulp and paper industry.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships to drive sales growth.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our pulp and paper machinery products, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction and meets sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and customer support, to provide seamless service to clients and resolve any issues promptly.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial machinery sector, preferably in pulp and paper machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the West Java region as needed.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
