Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervisor or a related role, with expertise in handling distributors.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
