1. Minimum 5 years experiences as a HR Corporate Transportation or Mining Head;
2. Age maximum 45 years old;
3. Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Law;
4. Handling end to end human resources function, including - but not limited to - compensation & benefits, recruitment, general affairs, asset management and Legal Corp;
5. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions;
6. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;
7. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate;
8. Independent, meticulous and excellent interpersonal skills;
9. “Can do” attitude positive;
10. Demonstrated high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethics;
11. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills;
12. Be able to speak and write english language (oral and written) is a plus;
13. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, leadership skills, teamwork, attention to detail & honest;
14. Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Excel.
