· Support the Club Manager in overseeing all aspects of club operations, including facility maintenance, staffing, member services, and event coordination.
· Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of club staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
· Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive membership growth and retention.
· Maintain a strong knowledge of club policies, procedures, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide guidance to staff and members.
· Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork, member engagement, and a focus on health and wellness.
· Primarily responsible for billing collection and oversee the implementation of customer service initiatives and retention strategies.
