Assistant Club Manager

· Support the Club Manager in overseeing all aspects of club operations, including facility maintenance, staffing, member services, and event coordination.

· Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of club staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

· Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive membership growth and retention.

· Maintain a strong knowledge of club policies, procedures, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide guidance to staff and members.

· Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork, member engagement, and a focus on health and wellness.

· Primarily responsible for billing collection and oversee the implementation of customer service initiatives and retention strategies.

- Willing to work in Jakarta and Tangerang

Experience:

1. 1+ year experience in supervisory or management role

2. Proven experience in customer service

1. Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as budgets, revenue, sales performance statistics, and productivity reports.

2. Be Able to apply basic statistical analysis and to relay data to the Senior leadership team.

3. Be able to generate graphs and create basic formulas using Microsoft Excel
