Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for assisting in all food and beverage operations within the hotel. A utility player with the ability to learn and contribute to the banquet operation. Having a keen insight in guest relations and problem resolution. A go-to person willing to cover whatever role is needed based on current conditions throughout the hotel, including MOD. Understanding of the big picture and steps necessary to achieve the overall hotel goals.
Responsibilities include a variety of leadership tasks such as: Recruiting and hiring staff, training and development of diverse talent, driving hotel standards and processes, utilizing a collaborative approach to encourage diverse viewpoints, coaching and counseling, overseeing food quality, cost controls, developing menus, inventory controls, implementing innovative and current market trends to improve productivity and sales. Must have an open mind and use creativity and experimentation to impact activations and make things happen. Knowledge of or ability to learn: Kronos, Envision, Evention, Demention, Opera, Birchstreet, POS Systems; Infrasys, Symphony, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
