- Attention to details in regards to cleanliness and has ability to deal with guest, other department and team members.
- Evaluate the manning requirement and prepare weekly team members working schedule and communicate to the team weekly.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate current manning and supervisor performance, coach and support team members to improve daily performance.
- Ensure that sufficient manning is present to in accordance to the daily operational needs.
- Handle all disciplinary, coaching and counseling as needed in accordance to company policy.
- Conduct daily line up and ensure team members are knowledgeable of hotel products and services.
- Assign specific daily tasks to team members such as special project as needed.
- Ensure that Housekeeping team members perform their job function in accordance to hotel standards.
- Assist Housekeeping team members and Leaders whenever necessary in performing all jobs functions.
- Conduct continuous training for Housekeeping team members in order to maintain hotel standards and services.
- Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Maintain high level of cleanliness availability of all equipment and supplies in the storeroom and housekeeping areas.
- Coordinate with all Housekeeping leaders to follow maintenance schedule of all cleaning machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with Front Desk daily to review VIP arrivals and ensure all needs of VIP guest are met.
- Coordinate with Engineering to maintain a high level of room maintenance and condition of room equipment.
- Ensure all guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen supplies are well stocked in accordance to usage levels and remain available.
- Conduct daily walk through with Housekeeping supervisor to rooms and public areas to ensure that all hotel facilities are well maintained and are in a high level of cleanliness.
- Prepare and physically inspect any VIPs.
- Ensure staffs’ Doctor Certificate and absent document submitted to Human Resources Department.
- Ensure all expected arrival rooms are ready prior guest arrived to the hotels.
- Represent Housekeeping at various meeting such as pre-conference, Leadership, divisional meetings in the absence of Executive Housekeeper.
- Prepare & present Individual Annual performance evaluation to each Housekeeping team member with detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement..
- Planning organizing and directing Team members to ensure the highest quality of rooms and public areas to make guest satisfied.
- Ensure that Housekeeping expenses are in line with budget.
- Submit monthly reports of Housekeeping projects and activities to Executive Housekeeper.
- Organize inventories with account and general store for linen, uniform and fixed asset.
- Handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Has experience in a Similar position at a 5 star resort
- Has Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Has excellent leadership skills
- Has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's Qualification
