Responsibilities:
- Optimize Raw material Quality & visiting supplier.
- Raw material cost optimization
- Net margins for key products
- Reduce Inventory of Raw material and also plan procurement
- Make sure to adhere to all the regulations and safety rules
- Be up-to-date on exports rules and regulations
- Researching, evaluating, and selecting products from suppliers, considering price, quality, and speed of delivery.
- Accurately predict the upcoming stock requirements based on historic sales patterns.
- Reconcile procurement budget once in 2 weeks
- Finding and vetting potential new vendors and ensuring they meet the standards required by the management.
- Vendor Identification, selection, audit, vendor registration.
- Be up-to-date with all the new trends and changes in the market
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies.
- Control purchasing department budgets and review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Timely inputs to be given to vendors on material rejection/debit note etc.
- Preparation of procurement status report & any other report
Requirements :
- Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture
- At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requires for this position
- Have computer skills ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Data Analysis
- Have a knowledge about management of Material and Financial Resource
- Ability in proper judgment and decision making, critical thinking, Go-getter attitude, Problem Solving
- Accomplished communication skills with experience Negotiation Skill, Discussing finances, budgets and costs
