Assistant Manager Telemarketing

Job Descriptions :

1. Responsible for daily operational all project telesales in all sites 
2. Responsible for target achievement of each project on daily/weekly/monhtly basis 
3. To do hiring process based on the headcount needed (collaborate with OM)
4. To do reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis based on TL reports 
5. To join meeting with clients and do the presentation needed

Requirements :

1. Have a good analytical thinking 
2. Good with excel worksheet 
3. English speaking will be rewarded allowance skill  
4. Education min. D3 
5. Experience in BPO company min.1 year and managing telesales project min.2 years (from SPV level is okay) 
6. Familiar with lead generator process
