Assistant Production Planning Manager

General Requirements:

• Education: University graduated majoring in Statistic /Mathematics/Financial/industrial Engineering, with minimum of 2-3 year-experience in related field
• Experience in relevant area: PPIC, Data Analysis, Production Analyst, Demand Planner
• Proficiency: in Microsoft Office: Excel, power point, words
• Skill: Strong analytical skills, ability to establish timelines and meet deadlines; skill in prioritizing workloads ability to initiate, coordinate and move forward on planned activities
• Management Skills: Decision making, problem solving, strong critical, conceptual and analytical thinking

Job description:

• Coordination with other departments in supporting the leader to meet the targeted result in production planning, that is cost effective with on time delivery
• Assist Manager in directing and monitoring planners to make sure operational run smoothly, and able to adapt the plan for fulfilment dynamic sales request
• Creating and preparing production and raw material requirement forecast
• Leading Sales and Operational monthly meeting and providing management with end-to end supply chain presentation
• Supporting management decision with market intelligence and business plan modelling
