Assistant Purchasing

Looking for Assistant Purchasing specialist for our rapid-growing company. We seek young, energetic, smart, and well-mannered individuals who will join us by the job desc as below :
Working with the purchasing manager to run the purchasing department
Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendor
Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
This person must posses great English skills both verbal and written, must be able to multi-task, must be able to play a good role in a team, must be responsible to hold the accountability for their action, and able to work overtime if needed.
We need a quick learner and great time management. And preferably someone who has related experienced in related field.
