1. In charge of New Product management and acting as project leader for Asia NPD2. Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for NPD.3. Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management and performance requirements for innovation pipeline. 4. Build team to address the project goals and objectives.5. Responsible for ensuring all of the project requirements and objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.6.Align the project team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the project.
7. Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives.8.Coordinate the efforts of the team to develop an integrated project plan and risk analysis with action plans to mitigate the risks.9.
Accountable for overall project success-including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management10. Report project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results.11. Provide CLT with updates, including greatest opportunities and improvement.12.
