Job summary
Prepare and adjust WAY4 applications based on project-specific needsDevelop and maintain knowledge of products, integrations, applications, and servicesBe part of the project team responsible for project management and technical aspects

Responsibilities
• Collect client requirements• Write special and standard program requests• Set up WAY4 system and business parameters• Test applications• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, integrations, applications, and services• Install and configure OpenWay software at client sites• Provide on-site training to clients• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering• IT background or experience in the payment industry preferred• Strong analytical and logical thinking• Excellent understanding of Java, Oracle database architecture, and technology• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DBA activities is a plus• Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machines is a plus• Responsible and reliable• Independent with problem-solving skills• Willingness to travel (approximately 50%)• Good written and verbal communication skills in English• Results-oriented and able to work with tight deadlines• Positive attitude• Flexible in daily work• Build harmonious working relationships• High level of accuracy• Ability to communicate at all levels• Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information wisely
