Work you'll do
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team, which provides commercial and strategic advice to both foreign and local enterprises and supports their execution of key initiatives. As a core member of the CDS and VCS team, we take steps to ensure the individual receives broad exposure and balanced experiences across industries and across the transactions life cycle. The individual is expected to progress professionally and move into higher levels of responsibility.
- Take a lead role for deal or project engagements and business developments
- Assist in developing frameworks/models that address business problems and result in strategic insights
- Work in a project team
- Participate in the development of client presentation
- Assist with researching various technical and industry-specific issues including performing ad hoc analysis
- Research market issues and identify market opportunities
- participate in meeting with the target's management / client
- prepare proposals and sales pitches
- Prepare internal documents regarding clients, working papers and engagement acceptance procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
- Strong academic credentials required, 3.0 + GPA
- Minimum of 4 years in consulting, banking, principal investments, or strategic roles within a corporate environment
- A strong finance, and/or economics background preferred
- Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on complex financial transactions
- Communicate effectively and maturely with client management
- Ability to work well with diverse client and team members
- Able to synthesize large amounts of data and information from primary and secondary research and develop and present sound and accurate conclusions
- Experience in developing a basic financial projection
- Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Proficiencies with powerpoint, excel, and various office tools
