THE POSITIONLocation: Ubud, Bali
Kopernik is currently reviewing applications for Associate Manager or Manager roles on a rolling basis who will work within our Solutions Lab Team to provide a range of services as part of our ongoing projects and other strategic initiatives. Kopernik's recruiting team will invite candidates to continue with the recruitment process if they are shortlisted and be assessed based on years of experience, managerial capacity, and overall skill set.
The Solutions Lab team focuses on rapid experimentation of promising solutions to problems faced by people living in the last mile. These solutions may be technology driven (physical or information and communication technologies (ICT)) or approaches inspired by behavioral insights.
The Associate Manager/Manager will work within the Solutions Lab team to manage the implementation of experimentation and technology distribution projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Introduce innovative ideas for experimentation.
- Prepare experiment design, realistic work plan/budget to achieve project objectives and ensure smooth implementation, being proactive anticipating issues during the experimentation process.
- Lead and manage team members.
- Collect and analyze data against objectives with precision and accuracy.
- Extract key findings and present them in a clear and well structured visual presentation.
- Implement projects and deliver findings and insights to donors, ability to communicate effectively and get key messages across.
- Coordinate with donors and partners, managing expectations while providing value and establishing long-term relationships.
- Represent Kopernik externally and expand the network to develop and fund new projects, and prepare proposals in partnership with our partners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, be a solution oriented team player, able to anticipate issues and propose solutions in advance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian national.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as environmental, mechanical, industrial or civil engineering.
- More than 3 years of work experience for the Associate Manager position and more than 5 years of work experience for the Managerial position.
- Language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (native) & English (advanced).

Expected remuneration for the Associate Manager position is IDR 13,000,000 to a maximum of IDR 15,000,000 and for the Manager position is IDR 18,000,000 to a maximum of IDR 21,000,000 (depending on the experience and qualification of the successful candidate) and other benefits.
