Responsibilities

1.Project Management

• Manage and ensure the project are delivered in timetable timeline

• Implement and ensure the efficiency and result delivery of projects

• Collaborate with other units to smooth the delivery of leads across platforms or system

2.System and Data Infrastructure

• Ensure the development of the campaign system is successfully managed and developed for any enhancement

• Daily process monitoring of business continuity to the campaign system tools

• Design an efficient process and data structure to be feed in campaign system

• Connect with related parties to ensure continuity of business through existing campaign system or future related activities

3.Analytics

• Do root cause analysis and performance review analysis

• Derive insight into actionable action or for experiment to business team

• Bring the statistical method and data visualization role for analysis performance

4. Self-Development

• Continuous process improvement in way of work for optimum delivery

• Adding value and insight to working activity and make it as habit

• Grow together with the team

5. Control & Compliance

• Implement control process and act as guardian of data by comply with DBS policy

Requirements

1. Non-Technical :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university

• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field

• Understand about banking industry that covered in product knowledge and its system that support the business

• Able to lead project to deliver business need through data or infrastructure enhancement and campaign system enhancement

• Structural thinking and experienced in process optimization

• Able to connect not only within internal team but also to external team with purpose to ensure campaign system fully delivered

• Excellent team player with strong drive to deliver high quality result

2. Technical:

• Project management skills (planning, time table, leading the project, closing the project)

• Data management skill (manipulating tables, data cleansing techniques, optimization, analytics, model)

• Use data for analytics purpose such as simulation, A/B testing, performance assessment, etc
