B2B Learning Designer

As a B2B Learning Designer, you will develop B2B program designs within the internal Karier.mu. Your responsibilities will include: 

1. Conduct thorough desk research on topics requested for custom training.
2. Compile research results into a structured and cohesive learning framework.
3. Design the overall structure and activity of custom training.
4. Develop a comprehensive learning journey.
5. Identify and scout potential trainers with expertise in the relevant industry or subject matter.

1. Bachelor's degree in Education Technology Major, Business, Management or a related field.
2. Have 5 years experience in instructional design, program development, project management, particularly in a B2B context.
3. Strong research and excellent proposal writing skills
