- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items for the event.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work Experience
- Previous experience as a Banquet Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
