- Greet customers at the cafe or restaurant
- Introduce them to the menus
- Take the customers’ orders and deliver them to the kitchen staff for preparation
- Confirm that the food items match the orders and deliver them to the tables
- Prepare restaurant for dining
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments
- Operating the drink fountain and coffee station
- Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a (SMA, SMK, Diploma) in related field
- <1/2/3> years of work experience in a related field preferred / Fresh graduate welcome
- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina and endurance
- Honesty and ability to handle transactions in a trustworthy manner
- Ability to work in a team with positive attitude
