Responsibility:
- Responsible for bar operations, including beverage preparation, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Ensure that the bar functions efficiently and according to standards.
- Design and develop beverage menus that are innovative and in line with customer preferences.
- Keep abreast of beverage industry trends and adjust menus periodically.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Provide drink recommendations, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Train, and manage bartending staff.
- Provide training on serving techniques, beverage knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Manage the inventory of drinks, additives, and bar equipment.
- Responsible for regular ordering and inventory.
- Ensured consistency and high quality in beverage presentation.
- Conduct regular evaluations of drinks and provide feedback to staff.
- Knowledgeable of various beverage types, serving techniques, and current beverage trends.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various types of alcohol, wine, and cocktails.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure accuracy at the end of each shift.
- Perform financial controls and reporting as required.
- Coordinate with restaurant management to achieve business goals and promotional strategies.
- Provide input on menu development and beverage sales strategies.
