Beauty Product Development

Job Description:

• Create a new product concept through the research into the market trends.
• Involve in a product development project.
• Conduct both internal and external user interview.
• Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product.
• In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process.
• Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions.
• Generate and distribute product knowledge insight.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1-year experience in beauty product development (internship experience is allowed).
• Good in English.
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or a beauty enthusiast.
• Able to conduct research on current market trends.
• Great communication skills in order to have a good relationship with internal and external users.
• Create, manage, track and execute project plans in a timely manner.
• Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features.
