Bentuk pekerjaan- Responsible for Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Core , VAS and IN network elements within defined SLA’s
- Responsible for Fault management in terms of coordination among other Back Office teams (Core,, VAS and IN)
- Responsible for Configuration management for Core , VAS and IN network elements and services
- Responsible for Audit of existing network and suggestion of improvement plan
- Responsible for managing the Back Office resources to get the effective utilization of resources.
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years experience with telecommunication industry
- Bachelor’s degree majoring Telecommunication, electronic, Information Technology, Computer.
- Deep knowledge about VAS or In or Roaming network operation and handling process.
- Able to work well in a fast-changing environment
- Good in English
