Branch Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Coordinator located in Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and leading the daily operations of their branch, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will work closely with other teams and managers to ensure the smooth operation of the branch, and must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a leadership or management role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Experience in the automotive industry or sales is a plus

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience in sales and customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory control software

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
