Responsibility :
- To develop marketing plan and execute the plan for both ATL and BTL
- To support and develop communication plan for the assigned brand
- Hand-on involvement to ensure excellent in execution
- Consumer research project execution and analysis
- Coordinate meetings with third parties (agencies) to ensure the implementation of marketing plan
- Have to analysis the brand performance and propose the solution to handlling the issue
- Analyze the category dynamics and monitor compeititor performance
Qualification :
- Has experienced in brand management in FMCG Industry min. 2 years
- Has experienced in digital and or e-commerce for FMCG Industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing project
- Excellent written/ verbal and time management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, motivation and enthusiast
- Demonstrated positive attituted, see challenge as opportunities and translates them into actionabel items.
- Analytical person, go to detail, dynamic and good team player in engaging with all stakeholder
- Strong leadership, make things happen, can deal with various stakeholders (internal & external) & good dealing with complexity
