Building Staff

Job Description:

1. Supervise daily activity for all construction works (building residential area) at project site and adhere to document control procedure. 
2. Coordinate and monitor Contractor activities at project site. 
3. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practice. 
4. Ensure that all work carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedure, work instructions, etc. 
5. Carry out inspections and tests as per inspection and test plan and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Result of such to conform to specification. 
6. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superordinate. 
7. Make project report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for report to the superordinate.

Requirements:

1. D3/S1 Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experiences in Construction Project. 
2. Age 25-35 years old. 
3. Strong analytical, critical thinking, & problems solving skills. 
4. Computer literates (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCad, etc). 
5. Candidates with Air-Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing experience and background is a plus. 
6. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. 
7. Fluent in English both oral and written. 
8. Hard worker & able to work under pressure. 
9. Positive attitude and able to work in a team. 
10. Well organized, fast, efficient and creative. 
11. Full of independent with pleasant personality, mature, attention to detail and integrity.
12. Willing to work at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency
