Job description & requirements

1. Coordinate and manage ticketing and travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of travel itineraries, including confirming reservations and providing necessary documentation to clients.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to gather travel preferences, address inquiries, and provide assistance throughout the booking process.
4. Research and recommend travel options based on clients\\\\\\\' preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and ticketing systems to provide informed recommendations and support to clients.
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and meeting the needs of clients.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle pressure situations with composure.
6. Proficient in using ticketing systems and other travel booking platforms.
7. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
8. Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional certification or training in travel and tourism is a plus.

What we stand for

We believe language is a crucial part of the human ecosystem. It is not only for communication with other human beings or simply answering “Arigatou gozaimasu,” with “Douitashimashite.” Also, language does not only mean we can understand the idiom of “in someone’s shoes” without looking it up in a dictionary or googling. 

Let’s aim higher: language means breaking the mind barriers of what we think we cannot do. 

We have faith in education and how technology helps us to fill the gap between knowledge and access. We would like to take advantage of educational technology development to create an environment to learn and study without minding much about geographical and time issues. 

To put it in a nutshell: learning (languages) without boundaries.

Our short story

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
