1. Drive the sales of DJI agricultural drones in Kalimantan Area, diligently working towards and surpassing sales targets.
2. Nurture existing customer relationships while actively pursuing new clients and cultivating fresh distribution channels.
3. Execute marketing demonstrations and organize impactful on-site publicity events.
4. Efficiently coordinate company resources to accomplish various tasks outlined by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, showcasing exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with sharp analytical abilities and logical thinking.
2. Have minimum 3 years proven professional experience in Business Development within linear industries, showcasing a track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
3 Demonstrate acute market acumen and the capacity to simplify intricate concepts effectively.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in agricultural supplies, plant protection services, or utilization of plant protection drones.
5. Exhibit a diligent and responsible work ethic, coupled with adaptability and resilience under pressure.
6. Demonstrate adeptness in identifying market collaboration opportunities, a genuine commitment to the agricultural sector, readiness for business travel, and a robust capacity to handle pressure.
7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required as it serves as a primary working language.
8. Willingness to travel extensively within the Kalimantan region for business purposes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to varying work environments and conditions. Local Kalimantan more preferred.
