Requirements :

1. Educational background: college degree or above.

2. More than 2-3 years of experience in chain investment promotion, with experience in catering, retail, and real estate industries preferred.

3. Strong adaptability, business negotiation skills, market acumen, insight and keen data analysis ability.

4. Have full enthusiasm for work, self-motivation, communication skills, execution and achievement motivation.

Responsibility :

1. Proficient in the company's investment policy, understanding the market information of competitors, responsible for the investment business of the target market, and completing the tasks assigned by the company.

2. Responsible for contacting and maintaining target market customers, and developing potential and interested customers.

3. Responsible for the promotion, execution, negotiation, signing and analysis of investment projects, as well as follow-up services.

4. Regularly review and summarize, and conduct customer analysis, market dynamic analysis, etc.

5. Establish a complete and effective customer file and manage and maintain it on a daily basis.

6. Participate in formulating investment promotion plans and implementation plans.

7. Assist in the establishment and training of the investment team, as well as the daily management of the investment team.
