Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years experience in sales and Business Development
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the education or tech industry.
4. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy to achieve revenue targets for boot camp coding and MOOC sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with employers and organizations interested in hiring Coding.id bootcamp graduates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and campaigns that highlight the value of our programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and partnership success.
- Work closely with the academy team, including admissions and curriculum development, to ensure alignment with Business Development goals.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices in education and tech workforce development.
