Business Process Improvement

Job Description 

1. Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements​
2. Evaluating existing Business Processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and developing and implementing best practice solutions
3. Conduct data analysis to measure process performance and identify areas of inefficiency
4. Recommend and implement Process Improvements and automation initiatives
5. Update, implement, and maintain process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
6. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency
7. Monitor and track process changes, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to standards
8. Prepare a periodic report and presentation to the upper management to review ongoing initiatives
9. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users, by managing stakeholder interests, timelines, and expectations within scope and budget

Requirement 

1. Degree holder in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
2. A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably within  telecommunications sector
3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply with passionate for Business Process, continuous improvement, business analysis, and system analysis 
4. Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
5. High competency in Microsoft Office applications 
6. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
7. Strong documentation, organizational, planning and time management skills
8. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
