Business Support For Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Computer, Pharmacy or Bio Engineering, business science
• Preferably experienced and have expertise in the IT field, Good Computer skill
• Experienced minimum 2 years as Business Support for Director
• Fluent in english written, reading and spoken
• Able to work and travel domestically and internationally
•  High commitment level with ability to work overtime and on weekends
• Able to work discreetly and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
• Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills
• Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude that reflects the credibility of management team
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
• Have their Own Vehicle with drive a car well and Driving license A or B
• Honest, Loyal, Responsible, Ambitious, dicipline, Ability to Work Hard and healty body

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Able to work overtime and multifuction as business support director
• Work on documents administration, both hard copy and soft copy.
• Detail, analytic, target oriented, well organized, hard working, persistent, communicative & adaptable
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Carry out periodical report and review
• Monitor the training, learning, and development execution for the department
• Manage meetings and assist in closing deals together with the Business Development team
• Work with other departments to achieve organization goals
• Manage the schedule and time management of the Business Development Director
• Provide personal assistance to the Business Development Director
• Write or draft proposals
• Any other duties assigned
