- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on data to support Mid-Tail & Long-Tail sellers.
- Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines.
- Identify potential sellers, best selling products and creators that can bring benefit to the category.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
- Managing projects and liaising with relevant stakeholders: working closely with the marketing team, campaign team, growth team, and creator team, among others while executing the tasks.
- Provide and compile campaign performance.
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking and product issues, and work with the relevant teams to escalate issues and derive sound resolutions.
- Support, coach, guide newer or junior team members to provide exceptional service to key stakeholders.
- Min. 5 years of experience in relevant area.
- Preferably have experience in e-commerce fields.
- Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fast paced, strong sense of urgency and commitment to work.
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented.
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
