As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Asset Management, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management.
Job Description
1. Career & Performance management
- Providing support to ensure all stages are completed well
- Counseling relationship management
- Facilitating briefing or learning session on performance management program
- Handling employees’ inquiries
2. Performance Review
- Managing meeting schedule, attendance list, reminder & invitations
- Navigating review workbook & providing HR insights during meetings
- Data management & approval processes
- Preparing reports
- Preparing promotion-progression announcement
3. Performance Improvement Plan
- Coordinate with Career Counselors and Managers to enable the implementation of performance improvement plans
- Send out reminders and tracking completion & reports
- Handling queries on the plan
4. Onboarding Program
- Facilitate LEAD first day briefing sessions
- Liaising with SL onboarding program as necessary
- Material management
5. Supporting other Talent projects
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably from reputable universities (local or overseas)
- Has experience min. 4-6 years in the same field
- Strong Microsoft Excel (proven experiences managing lots of data in Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proper teamwork and work commitment
- Good analytical skills & attention to details.
