Job Description:

Maintain multiple adherent cell lines both manually and with automated liquid handlers.
Work closely with engineers in the development of cell culture automation equipment by defining user requirements and providing information on what is needed to maintain cell cultures.
Perform experiments and test automation equipment with cell lines to determine if the instruments perform as expected.
Be in charge of and responsible for the cell biology lab, including the maintenance of equipment and ordering of consumables.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology or any related field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the cell culture work.
Experience performing cell culture maintenance with adherent cell lines is a must.
Solid understanding of cell biology and cell culture work.
Have the ability to work across disciplines with engineers, scientists, and managers.
Excited and effective at sharing knowledge of cell biology with those who are not familiar with it.
Excellent written and organization skills for experiment and testing reporting.
Excellent communication skills with well-spoken English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
