Pancar Garden Restaurant is seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our vibrant team, we look forward to your magical touch in our kitchen!

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant, or at least 2 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine in a restaurant or resort.

- A culinary degree or equivalent training and experience.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.

- In-depth knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the culinary field.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and performance.

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas and ensuring variety and quality.

- Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

- Implement and enforce standard recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.

- Actively monitor and address guest feedback regarding food quality, making necessary adjustments to meet and exceed guest expectations.

- Conduct training sessions with kitchen staff on culinary techniques, menu items, and food safety standards, fostering continual professional development.

- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among the team.

- Assist in managing the culinary budget, carefully monitoring food costs and kitchen expenses to ensure profitability.

- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining an immaculate working environment and ensuring that the kitchen uses only the best products.
