CHIEF OF EQUIPMENTS

JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES         : 

1. Manage all equipment inventory, including monitor equipment utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
2. Ensure equipment is in good working order and meets safety standards.
3. Ensure that all equipment is properly stored, secured, and accounted for.
4. Maintaining and updating equipment and tools asset records.
5. Schedule and oversee routine inspection, maintenance and repairs.
6. Recruitment for operators and arrange for obtaining the operator’s license
7. Processing operation permits for heavy equipment.
8. Optimize equipment usage to minimize costs.
9. Work closely with other departments (such as operations, logistics, and finance etc) to align equipment needs with organizational goals.
10. Other related tasks related to operational of equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduated from reputable universities, majoring in mechanical engineering and/or civil engineering.
2. Proven experience in equipment management by having at least 5 years as Chief of Equipment in a heavy equipment rental company
3. Computer literate. 
4. Strong leadership and good communication in English
5. Knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices, safety and regulations.
